What's Included in Your Visit Hours
Every tier includes labor for the following, applied using the same careful craft standard on every visit:
- Touch-up paint - blended from tie-in points to prevent flashing or sheen mismatch
- Maintenance coats - a fresh coat applied over existing paint to renew appearance and protect surfaces (not a full repaint)
- Minor fixture swaps
- Bondo repairs & millwork touch-ups
- Small nail-hole / minor drywall patches (no texture needed)
Complete Care & Premier Care also include:

Premier Care also includes:
- Annual full home health assessment
- Same-week project scheduling
- FLIR thermal inspection of existing conditions and deck inspection
